For physicians & healthcare workers

Share a moment that stayed with you

You've carried moments most people never see — the ones that changed how you practice, or simply never left you. We'd be honored to help you tell one. You do the remembering; we do the rest.

How it works

Four steps — and you control all of them

1

We talk

A relaxed interview by video or phone, on your schedule. No script — just the moment you want to share.

2

We transcribe

We carefully transcribe the conversation so nothing of what you meant gets lost.

3

We shape it

We craft your words into a narrative that honors your message and intent — never embellished, never twisted.

4

You approve

Nothing is published until you've read it and said yes. Named or anonymous — your call.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Do I have to use my real name?

No. Many contributors stay anonymous or use first-initial-and-specialty only (e.g. "Dr. A. — Critical Care"). You decide before anything goes live.

What about patient privacy?

We take this seriously. Stories are de-identified — names, dates, and identifying details are changed or removed so no patient can be recognized. You review the final version specifically with this in mind.

How long does the interview take?

Usually 30–45 minutes. We work around your schedule, including nights and post-shift hours.

Will my story become a video?

Only if you want it to, and only with your sign-off. Some stories become short films for our YouTube channel; many stay written. Either way, you approve it first.

Who owns the story?

It's your experience. We publish it with your permission, and you can ask us to take it down at any time.
